1. Know The Allergens
Animal dander, dust mites, molds and pollens are the top environmental allergens. Some people may be allergic to one allergen but it is not uncommon to be allergic to multiple things. These allergens triggers allergic reactions like eye irritation and stinging, skin diseases or asthma and also nasal symptoms like sneezing.
How do you detect your allergen? By knowing the symptoms you experienced, you may be able to detect the allergens easily. You know the allergen is the cat when you start having your symptoms when visiting a house with a cat.
Skin test is also another way to detect the allergen if you can’t detect the allergen the normal way. A tiny bit of the suspected allergen will be placed under the skin to detect for any sorts of reaction.
